Location
Set on a truly gorgeous lot, measuring 3335 m² and bordering on the Vinkeveense Plassen, this home was originally built in 1975. The widest side of the lot is along the shoreline and is accessible through a private bridge. However, the existing home was very dated and no longer up to modern standards.

The main residence was completely renovated and made energy sustainable. In addition,we designed several side buildings, including a parking garage with a car lift. The facades will have dry wall and in the inside walls will be isolated. Solar panels will be installed on the brand new zinc roof. The window frames will be replaced with steel frames. A heatpump will be installed to make the home as energy efficient as possible.

The garden will be partially redone. The previous owner planted several special and well kept trees and other plants. The project is completed in 2023.
