Location
For an extraordinary corner plot surrounded by water, in the new residential area Vinkeveld in Vinkeveen, we have designed this detached villa. The house is being built on a triangular plot with its own access bridge. The style of the house was predetermined by municipality as they set the requirement to realize a typical 1930s home.

The front of the house suggests a typical 1930s home with a centered entrance with canopy, roof overhangs and high-rise brickwork with stucco above it. The brickwork is separated from the stucco and is emphasized by a natural stone band. The large brick chimney with natural stone cover gives extra character to this architectural style. The brick chimney has a dual function, namely an indoor and outdoor fireplace.
