Location
We have made a very contemporary design on a beautiful location along the Dutch lakes just 30 minute drive from Amsterdam. The plot has got around 7000 m2 surface and overviewing the water.

The client has lived in the United States and the idea was to bring a flavor of Miami and LA contemporary residemces back in the design. The house will have three swimming pools on three different floors. A waterfal connects the swimming pools.

On the roof will be an extra outdoor kitchen, terrace and lounge area. But also an opportunity to land with a helicopter.

Entertainment villa
The house has got a living area around the 1200 m2. Next to a ‘winter’ and ‘summer’ living room, several bedrooms with ensuite walk-in-closets and bathrooms, it also contains a private bar and club, home cinema room, wellness area and an own bowling track.

On the plot will also be a boathouse and gym area. On the plot are facilities to park several cars, but also in the basement is a parking storage for 10 cars. The materials we used are natural stone, marble and wood.

The project will be completed in 2028.
